Data deletion
How to have your data deleted from Matjri Online, whether you own a store or bought from one.
Store owners
Write to us from the email your account uses and ask for the account or a particular store to be deleted. We confirm you own it and delete it within 30 days: the store, its products, orders, conversations, customers and files.
Before that you can export your data from Settings → Import and export.
Store customers
Your conversations and orders belong to the store you dealt with. Ask the store; it can delete your conversation and details from its dashboard.
If it does not answer within a reasonable time, contact us with the store’s name and your number and we will follow up.
If a Facebook or Instagram account was connected
When the store disconnects it under WhatsApp and channels, we delete the access keys at once. You can also remove the app in Facebook → Settings → Apps and websites and send us a request to delete the data received through it.
What remains
Encrypted backups expire on their own within 60 days at most. Records the law requires us to keep are kept only for the required period.
