By using Matjri Online you agree to these terms. They are short.
The service
The platform gives you a dashboard for your store, a website, and a sales assistant that answers customers on the channels you connect. Features and limits depend on your plan.
Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of your details, for keeping your password secret, and for everything done from your account or your team’s accounts.
Your store and your responsibility
You are the seller, not the platform. Prices, products, delivery, returns, invoices and taxes are your responsibility.
Do not sell anything illegal, counterfeit or infringing, and do not use the channels for spam.
Obtain your customers’ consent before messaging them and follow the terms of WhatsApp, Meta and Telegram.
The sales assistant
The assistant answers from your store’s information but can make mistakes. Review its settings and approved answers; an order is confirmed only when the customer confirms it. The cost of the AI provider you choose is billed to you by that provider.
Subscription
The subscription follows the plan and period agreed with us. If it ends or is suspended, the dashboard and site pause until renewal and your data is kept.
Suspension
We may suspend a store that breaks these terms or the law or harms the platform or others. You may stop and ask for your account to be deleted at any time.
Liability
We work to keep the service running and your data safe, but it is provided “as is”. We are not liable for lost profits or indirect damage, and our liability never exceeds what you paid in the last three months.
Changes
We may update these terms. Important changes will be posted here; continuing to use the service means you accept them.
